Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FutureMe: Habits (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. The App is developed and maintained by Peevee Systems ("we," "our," or "us").

Description of Service

FutureMe: Habits is a personal habit tracking application that allows you to monitor daily habits including sunlight exposure, water intake, workouts, steps, meditation, sleep, and mood. The App stores all data locally on your device and optionally syncs via your personal iCloud account.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer subscription-based access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple's terms and policies. Key details:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the selected plan.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Your Data

All data you create within the App is stored on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to, collect, or store any of your data on our servers. You are solely responsible for maintaining and backing up your data.

Apple Health

The App may integrate with Apple HealthKit to read health-related data such as step count. This integration requires your explicit consent and is governed by Apple's HealthKit guidelines. We do not sell, share, or use your health data for advertising or data mining purposes. Health data is used solely within the App on your device for the purpose of tracking your daily habits.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Reproduce, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App.

Health Disclaimer

The App is designed for informational and personal tracking purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have tracked in the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peevee Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Peevee Systems operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
